Where I live in Australia is home to the beautiful Gouldian Finch. Most Gouldian finches have a black face, around 25% have a red face, but every now and then a rare yellow-faced finch will occur.
It is one of the most colourful birds in the world but, unfortunately, is endangered – with only around 2,500 mature birds existing in the wild. It would be incredibly sad to see such a beautiful, little creature disappear.

Happy Halloween! I know, I’m late to the party. I’ve been so busy with a new job and study that I just didn’t get time to finish my annual Halloween art.
